Nissan Announces MSRP For The All-New Nissan Z
This week, Nissan announced the MSRP for the latest iteration of its iconic Z series, the all-new 2023 Nissan Z. Pricing for the new Z Sport is $39,990, with the Z Performance model coming in at $49,990, with both grades scheduled to arrive at Nissan dealerships nationwide this summer.
"The Nissan Z is our company's heart and soul, bringing sports car design, performance, and excitement to a broad range of buyers, starting with the introduction of the first generation more than 50 years ago," said Michael Colleran, Senior Vice President for Nissan U.S. Marketing and Sales. "With a starting MSRP of less than $40,000, this latest version is ready to create a whole new generation of Nissan Z fans when it comes to market this summer."
The 2023 Z revitalizes the popular franchise with a fresh, streamlined exterior design and a silhouette reminiscent of the sports car’s lineage. This is particularly evident in the driver-friendly cockpit with its traditional three analog pod gauges. Though the Z maintains its vintage appeal, it includes many modern amenities, including an available 9.0-inch touchscreen display and a 12.3-inch customizable racing-inspired TFT meter.
Along with the Sport and Performance grade levels, the new Nissan Z is also offered in a special “Proto Spec” edition. This model features a special plaque in addition to exclusive interior and exterior features, all of which pay homage to the original Z Proto launched back in 2020. It will be a limited production model, with only 240 units for the U.S. market. Every Z model is equipped with a 400-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo engine and a choice of a 6-speed manual transmission or a new 9-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
