About Juke

An exceptionally lively compact crossover, the Nissan JUKE became one of the most distinguished vehicles on the road starting in 2011. Based off a 2009 concept car, the JUKE invokes coupe-like styling on an available all-wheel drive platform. A strikingly sporty front and rear end resembling the 370Z, standard 17-inch wheels and hidden rear door handles are some traits employed on the Nissan JUKE. Despite the way body lines wrap over the crossover vehicle, a five-passenger interior provides flexibility cargo space. The ultramodern look of the JUKE is matched with a high technology powerplant. Described as a 1.6-liter DIG-T engine, the four-cylinder power unit is turbocharged and intercooled as well as equipped with gasoline direct injection. The radical DeltaWing prototype sports car ran a derivative of the engine at the 2012 24 Hours of Le Mans. Generating 188 horsepower in the 2011 Nissan JUKE, the engine was tweaked in 2014 with the introduction of a 197-horsepower JUKE NISMO and 215-horsepower NISMO RS. NISMO versions of the JUKE were also equipped with special track-inspired enhancements. An upgrade to the Nissan JUKE in 2015 included an exterior refresh, new colors and added standard technologies.
